At Sutherland Williams, we work with experienced ecologists to deliver the surveys and assessments needed to support planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), and sustainable land use decisions.

Our ecology services include baseline habitat surveys, protected species assessments, biodiversity net gain planning, and ecological input into EIA chapters. We coordinate these services early in the project lifecycle to identify potential ecological risks and opportunities, helping landowners and developers avoid delays and meet regulatory requirements with confidence.

Where protected or sensitive species are identified, we also work in partnership with specialist wildlife charities who provide ethical, non-lethal deterrent and relocation services.
