She began her career in environmental engineering, quickly progressing to become Engineering Manager for a multinational consultancy, where she led the design, project, and contract management of large-scale construction schemes.
With a strong technical foundation and a strategic mindset, Diane has since taken on senior project management roles across multidisciplinary civil and environmental projects. She is known for her ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, working closely with government bodies to ensure projects meet the highest standards of compliance and gain necessary approvals.
Diane brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to every project, underpinned by two decades of experience and a talent for building trusted partnerships.

A multidisciplinary land surveyor for over 20 years, Carl is highly experienced in geophysical techniques—such as ground-penetrating radar (GPR)—and provides a wide range of services including drone surveys, GIS modelling, and 3D site mapping.
Having successfully led companies in both surveying and environmental engineering, Carl now supports landowners and developers with tailored, data-driven insights to help unlock the full potential of their land.
